"Mine's long...We have a cat we assumed had gotten into the duct work through an uncovered register and was right above the furnace. I called Tingey and spoke with Beatrice, thinking since they installed the furnace, they could take it apart enough to get her out. I thought it probably happens all the time. Well, no. But she sent someone out anyway, within 2 hours. He did as I asked, but determined she was actually between our floors. So by now, they're really outside the scope of what they should provide...Les Schwaub if you will...but the technician kept at it, using a camera he could snake around, and located her. A hole was cut, and she was removed. Sounds simple, except it took him (Dan?) several hours of work to bring it about. He hung in there, when even family would have given up! I was then given a discounted rate, despite him being here nearly all day. Now on Friday, I called them again, late in the day, with water coming out of the ceiling. Again, someone was here in a couple of hours. Tingey installed my furnace, water heater and central air. I'm always satisfied with the job they do, and I know a happy customer is important to them.
